Cased Set of Edwardian Silver Open Salts
Cased Set of Four Silver Open Salts
Birmingham 1907
Maker's mark for William Aitken, Vyse Street Birmingham.
Set includes four spoons all having the same hallmarks and makers marks as the salts.
Interiors of the salts are partially gilded. The bowls of the spoons are also gilded.
The gilding is in very good condition.
The frilled rims of the salts have very slight crimping in one or two places which is so minor it has been impossible to photograph.
Overall the set is in very good condition.
The outside of the box shows some wear, as can be seen in the photograph.

Approximate dimensions Diameter of salts 5.75cm. Height 3.8cm, Length of spoons 6.3cm.Total silver weight 122g,Boxed weight 482g.
