Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to present for sale this stylish pair of arts and crafts hallmarked silver 21cm candlesticks by Walker & Hall.

This elegantly timeless pair of early 20th Century silver candlesticks are of sleek plain design with tapering columns and a round bulbous base, the tops with round drip pans and tulip shaped sconces (fixed), each stick has a reeded design. Both sticks are filled to aid stability.

Please note they are being sold as seen due to a poor repair where the drip pan meets the sconce, however they are still a highly usable and presentable pair of candlesticks.

Condition Report:

In overall good condition but being sold as seen due to an old repair which is particularly noticeable on one of the sticks which has a slightly lopsided sconce, the same stick has a dent to the sconce, the other sick has had a smaller repair in the same area and has the odd pin prick dent, both sticks have age related scratches and tarnish marks however they booth look extremely stylish on display.

A beautiful pair of antique silver candlesticks which will grace any fine silver collection. This piece would will look wonderful on display as well as serving a useable piece of silverware. Alternatively, this beautiful pair of candlesticks would make the most wonderful present for a friend, relative or partner.
