A rare Scottish Provincial Silver Teaspoon made by Joseph Pozzi & Robert Stewart, Elgin and dating from c1840.
Pozzi & Stewart are recorded in Jackson's Silver as working in Elgin from c1840.
It has very good, clear marks, with the maker’s mark “JP” for Joseph Pozzi, the "ELN" town mark for Elgin and the makers mark "RS" for Robert Stewart, .
It measures approximately 5 1/23/4" inches (148mm) in length. The weight is 22.5g.
