Large Pair Sterling Silver Adam Style Candlesticks
Classic stylish silver candlesticks of oval shape in the Adam style with fluted sections separated by plain stepped knops. They have detachable sconces with matching marks. Hallmarked, for Sheffield 1923, maker Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson).
They measure 27.3cm (10 3/4") high and the bases are 14.3cm (5 5/8") by 11cm (4 1/4") wide. They are weighted and weigh in total 1256g. Condition is very good: both have had some neat repair work to the lower part of the stem and they stand well. A couple of tiny dints to the sides of the bases and overall light surface wear with clear marks. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
Price includes UK shipping. Worldwide shipping is also available, please ask for a cost.
We wish to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchases and offer a full no quibble return policy for all items returned within 14 days. We ask that returns are notified within 7 days where possible. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility in terms of cost and safeguarding the item through transit.
