Edwardian Silver Mounted Decanter
A square based, plain body Edwardian decanter with pinched and fluted waist with silver collar and pourer with a silver mounted glass stopper. This item is one of the finest I have come across in forty five years of dealing and is in exceptional condition. Both the stopper and the collar are clearly hallmarked London 1904 and the maker is shown as JTH & JHM (possibly Hekin and Heath). This form of decanter is known as a glug - glug owing to the noise when pouring.
