The spring in the vesta lid is in place and working so the lid closes with a snap.
Press the button and the sovereign case lid springs open to reveal a full and half sovereign holder. Both springs in the holders are working.
There are surface marks associated with normal use and age.
There is a split in the sovereign case lid where it has come away from the hinge on the left hand side.Please see photo.
Approximate dimensions: 52mm x 57mm, weight 60.6g.
Very stylish monogram on the back.
