Lovely Charles II silver trefid spoon by John King. Simple, clean example with a reeded rat tail to the back of the bowl. Fully marked with the London leopard, lion and maker's initials. The year mark is partially obscured but I believe is the Q for 1763. The owner's initials RV are also engraved to the rear of the finial.

It measures 19cm (7 1/2") long and the bowl is 4.8cm (1 7/8") wide. It weighs 55g/1.8ozt. Condition is excellent with no damage and light surface wear for age. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
