Fabulous George V art deco silver toast rack with an unusual integrated crumb tray by Roberts & Belk. The rack itself features 7 bevelled gothic arc bars, slightly graduating to the central bar topped with an ogee arch loop handle. The tray is nicely shaped with fluted sections and raised rim, set on 4 ball feet, each with a lovely detailed rope twisted band around the top. Hallmarked (rack and tray) for Sheffield 1924 with the R&B initials and the tray also with the maker's oil lamp symbol. The bun feet each have a lion passant stamped also.

It measures 7 3/4" long, 4 1/4" wide and 6" high. It weighs 284g/9.1ozt. Condition is excellent with no damage or dents and only light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
