Here we have for sale this extremely pretty late Victorian Art Nouveau influenced solid silver floral repousse milk jug with scroll handle
The details are as follows:

Height: (maximum) 7 cm
Length (maximum) 11 cm
Width: 7.5 cm
Weight: 63 grams
James Dixon & Sons were based in Sheffield winning the Britannia medal at the World Exhibition of 1851 and pioneers in designing silver plate as well as producing designs by Christopher Dresser.
Condition report:
The jug is sold in as found condition, there has been a slight knock to the base which has caused a small hairline split, there another very small split to main body of the jug, however both are not visible when the jug is on display. The jug is in otherwise very good condition with only age related marks and surface scratches and is still a highly attractive and displayable example.
