Circa 1890, a finest quality miniature claret jug form noggin, with a clear bell shape crystal body and a star cut base. Silver plated mounts and cover with high scroll swept handle emanating from the neck band and unattached at the tail/base. The typical hinged shaped cover and well formed pouring lip along with a shell pattern thumb tab.

This is an unusual and very stylish form of noggin, the quality and condition warranted being re-silvered to a premium quality of no less than 50 microns but more towards 100 microns of 999 grade silver. It is now offered as an "as new" item and one that will hopefully endure another 150 odd years of use.

Size: 3 inch diameter base and overall height to top of handle 6 inches the bell shape body to underside of collar 4 inches.
