Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to offer for sale this elegant pair of late 18th Century George III period hallmarked silver Old English pattern bright cut edge sugar tongs, which are free of any personalisation.
An elegant and highly usable item of George III period silver tableware ideal for use with either sugar or ice cubes.

Assay office: Lacks assay mark, but the silversmith is registered for London assay office.
Year of manufacture: 1791

Weight: 34 grams
Condition report:
In very good condition for age, with some age related scratches some of which are deeper, surface marks and minor wear to the bright cut decoration.
