Exquisitely crafted late 18th century sugar tongs/nips from the emerald isle by Benjamin Tait. Unmonogrammed cartouche, escalloped bowls, delicately engraved arms. Hallmarked 1791, BT, harp with crown. Weight 27g, 14.5cm long.
