Cased Set 6 Silver Gilt & Enamel Teaspoons
Pretty set of silver gilt demitasse coffee or teaspoons with guilloche enamel handles front and back in a rainbow or harlequin set of colours, red, yellow, pale green, jade green, sky blue and royal blue. Fitted in a velvet and silk lined leather case. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1957/1958, maker Adie Brothers Ltd.
They measure 9.5cm (3 3/4") long and weigh 65g / 2.1ozt. Condition is very good. There is a very small loss to the jade green enamel on the back and at the very tip towards the spoon which is barely noticeable and as I say it is on the reverse. There is a small dark mark on the pale green enamel in much the same place. This is not damage, just a few dark spots that seem trapped in the glaze. Otherwise, surface wear is very light to both enamel and the gilding. A lovely set, ready to use.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
Price includes UK shipping. Worldwide shipping is also available, please ask for a cost.
We wish to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchases and offer a full no quibble return policy for all items returned within 14 days. We ask that returns are notified within 7 days where possible. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility in terms of cost and safeguarding the item through transit.
