A magnificent, large & exceptional early Art Deco powder bowl in superb condition. The fully hallmarked sterling silver lid is adorned with exquisitely beautiful blue guilloche enamel which is in first rate condition - the most gorgeous uniform colour. There isn't any fading or damage. The base is made from a high quality cut crystal which is in excellent condition too - no damage. This high quality dressing table accessory was assayed in Birmingham in 1925. There is no indication that this has ever been used to store face powder.
