A Pair of Stunning Victorian Silver Candlesticks
This is a highly decorative pair of matching Victorian Silver Candlesticks with scroll decoration, Corinthian Capitals and detachable sconces.
Made by Silversmith James Dixon & Sons and Hallmarked in the Sheffield Assay Office in 1893.
The candlesticks are in very good condition with a small depression to the top of one capital below the detachable sconce (see fourth image).
The candlesticks weigh approximately 900g (weighted) and measure 170mm tall and 87mm across the base.
