A Victorian Miniature Silver and Ruby Glass Vinaigrette.The Ruby Glass is faceted Acorn Shaped and the Repousse hinged Silver Top has small Chatelaine Ring & opens to reveal a small Pierced Grille. The top unscrews to open it. Dimensions:-4.x.2cms. 17grammes. Excellent condition.c.1880-90. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
