Vintage Swedish silver snuff/patch box, featuring a cast floral lid and box border. The inside of the box has a gilt wash.

The box is fully hallmarked with a range of Swedish marks …
"925S" and "Sterling" indicate the standard grade of silver. "Sweden" identifies the country of origin. "Mema" is the Swedish maker's mark. "L" indicates the box was assayed in Lindkӧping. The three crowns and "S" are the Swedish silver control marks and finally "Q9" is the date letter for 1966.

The box is 4.8 cm (1.9") wide by 3.4 cm (1.3"), and is 1.1 cm (.4") deep. It weighs 31 grams.
All measurements are approximate.
The box is in very good condition. The lid closes with a snug tight fit. Only light surface scratching can be seen to the base.
