Stylish George V Silver Cream Jug Boyton & Sons
Sweet little silver cream jug of plain baluster form with a wide spreading spout and simple raised strap handle. Hallmarked for London 1922, makers Charles Boyton & Sons Ltd.
It measures 8cm (3 1/8") high, 9.5cm (3 3/4") spout to handle and 7cm (2 3/4") wide. It weighs 89g/2.9ozt. Condition is very good with no damage or repairs. There are 2 tiny pinpricks dints which are minimally noticeable on the sleek design. Light surface wear, a little rubbing to the edge of the maker's mark, other marks fully clear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
