We have for sale a charming 1920s Glasgow hallmarked silver and mother of pearl bookmark.

The bookmark is of a silver trowel form extending to a mother of pearl handle. The blade carries full Scottish hallmarks for Glasgow 1928, along with the makers marks for the silversmith WH Collins & Co. WH Collins & Co were a Birmingham based firm, but they had a proportion of their output hallmarked in Glasgow.

The bookmark is approximately 3 inches (7.6cm) long and is in a very good condition with good hallmarks.
