A gorgeous heavy Solid SILVER Tazza/Comport dating to the the early Art Deco era 1926, by silversmiths Roberts & Belk Ltd.

4 claw feet with tapering hexagonal column, 4 elegant supports and a large beautifully proportioned bowl.

Fabricated in heavy gauge solid silver and in wonderful condition. Fully hallmarked from Sheffield assay office to bowl and base. Also retailers mark under base, Sam Lyon Silversmith, Blackpool.

Weighing a substantial 578gm (~20.4oz). Height ~ 236mm, bowl diameter ~ 186mm.

A really lovely example which would look equally at home in a period or contemporary setting.
