A really unusual CHESTER SILVER Bonbon Dish, with 3 scrolled handles featuring animal heads.

This lovely dish is fashioned in 6 scalloped sections, 3 of which are beautifully decorated with 3 different repousse floral decorations.

We have been trying to agree on which animal heads are featured on the charming scrolled handles. Could be sheep...links to the wool industry?.....you can decide!

We have never seen another one like this. Condition is wonderful with no damage or dings.

Fully hallmarked for Chester 1905 and makers initials for renowned silversmith J. Richard Attenborough & Co. Ltd.
