Very Large Negretti and Zambra High Power Single Draw Telescope
Fully extended this telescope is approximately 56" (1420mm) long
Fully retracted it is approximately 37" (940mm) long
The objective lens is approximately 67mm
The magnification is very high. I would estimate about X20, but it could be more with a clear image
The leather is in very poor condition completely split and missing in places
Negretti and Zambra were a very prestigious London manufacturer of scientific instruments and optical instruments.
There is an interesting label on the telescope from Robinsons, Ltd Depositories London, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol
