Georgian Ribbed Silver Snuff Box Samuel Pemberton
Sweet little George III silver snuff box of curved form with cast ribbed decoration on all sides and gilt interior. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1810, maker Samuel Pemberton.
It measures 5cm (2") long, 2.8cm (1 1/8") wide and 1.2cm (1/2") deep. It weighs 25g / 0.8ozt. Condition is very good with no damage or repairs. There is a slight bounce in the hinge. There is a very faint scratch and surface wear in the main is light and appropriate. No noticeable wear to the ribbed detail and the marks are pretty clear and legible. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
