This is a neat George VI Sterling Silver Butter Knife or Spreader in the classic Old English pattern. There are no initials or personalisation of any kind.
The butter knife was made in Sheffield by famous silversmiths Walker & Hall and dates to 1937. The firm was founded by George Walker in 1845 with Henry Hall joining in 1853 to form Walker & Hall.
