A magnificent look photo frame, French in origin and dating to the early twentieth century.

The frame is made of cast bronze and smothered in gold, all professionally cleaned and polished.

What of course makes this a special and highly sought-after example is the red enamel panel which sits atop the glass panel creating an oval aperture.

The backing has been restored, creating a frame ready to use for another 100 years.

Excellent condition restored to perfection with an overall measurement of 8" x 5 5/8" x 3/4" thick. The oval aperture measures 4 3/4" x 3 3/4".
