French gilded bronze statue of a seated classical lady threading pearls from a jewellery box. Made in the mid/late 19th century. Constructed in 5 sections on a turned base with very good gilding. Originally this would have been mounted on a clock.

Approximately 26cm high and base 11cm in diameter.
