Fire Irons Kettle stand and Fender in Steel
This is a lovely set of fire irons, fender and kettle stand signed by the maker W Young. Along with an exhibition certificate
The items were hand made in 1896 by W Young and entered into the Trades Industrial and Art exhibition held in York between 28th March and 25th April 1896 Where he won a silver medal. All the items are beautifully engraved with flowers.
The fender has a lovely inscription See image
