(a) you can notify us by telephone on 01432 274961 before we have dispatched the goods to you
OR
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause listed below.
We only give a cash refund on faulty goods.
We are also unable to refund monies, exchange items or issue a Credit Note for any Special Orders or for Commissioned Work.
However, other than this, we will gladly exchange or issue a Credit Note, (with proof of purchase), for unused or unwanted items, with the provision that they are in the original conditions.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances
If any products have been made or customised specifically for you.
If, following our inspection, there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items
If items are returned outside the agreed 30 day period
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and we have not been notified within 48 hours of arrival.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping information
All Jewellery comes packaged in our presentation boxes or packaging. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or with a specialist courier, with the exception of bespoke items.
Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Delivery or specialist courier, which should arrive the next working day following despatch.
We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK.
We will only deliver to the billing address registered to the authorised card with is authorised for the original payment.
The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.
If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of Andrew Lamputt Silversmith & Jeweller.
As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Royal Mail depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.
There is a standard minimum delivery charge of £10.30 on all purchases.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves and the Bank.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.
