Very good quality 19thC Copper Coal Scuttle.

The most import thing about vintage coal scuttles (or any coal scuttles for that matter!) is condition and being fit for purpose.

This one is in very good condition, and is definitely fit for purpose.

Most Scuttles of this type and age have a crumpled foot and the seams are damaged and broken. All of the seams of this one are in good order and the foot is not crumpled.
