Solid silver compacts for sale guilloche compact Art Deco gifts for her antique silver gift


This solid silver powder compact is suitable for use with loose powder of as a handbag mirror.

A delightful authentic Art Deco sterling silver powder compact made by Broadway & Co. The compact is fully hallmarked & was assayed in Birmingham in 1940. The lid & base have attractive guilloche designs - the lid is also decorated with a stylish oblong cartouche. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The original unused sifter is in place which means this compact could be used with loose face powder or as a handbag mirror. The mirror is excellent & gives a perfect reflection.

This charming Art Deco compact mirror measures 7 cm & weighs 57.4 grams.
