An ornate Italian hallmarked silver handbag mirror which dates to the 1950s. This sleek slimline purse mirror was crafted by F.LLI FOSSI S.d.f. The whole exterior case is adorned with exquisitely beautiful bright-cut engraving which shimmers as it catches the light. The vanity is in excellent condition. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection with age related haze. The compact is hallmarked 242 FI 800. The catch and hinge work perfectly. A pristine black velvet pouch is included. Measures 8 cm in length. Weighs 54 grams.
