A rare and quite fabulous late 19th century hip flask from Austria by the very famous GEORG ADAM SCHEID, active in Vienna from 1862, a Silversmith and jeweller famous for high-quality enamelling.

This magnificent crystal flask is engraved with four leaf clover. What better for a nip to keep you warm at and wish you good luck the races!

A real gem, what Georg Scheid is very famous for, top quality guilloche enamelling the colour is a vibrant lime green colour, with a glossy patina showcasing the engine turned decoration below, beautiful and undamaged. A band to the lid and another to the removable sterling silver (900-1000) cup
