Rare George II Silver Reversed Double Marrow Scoop

A fine Georgian silver double ended marrow scoop, of unusual form with the thin scoop reversed to face the opposite direction. Very few makers adopted this reverse configuration so they are rarely found.
Hallmarked for London 1751, maker's mark partially rubbed and obscured.
It measures 22cm (8 5/8") long and 1.6cm (5/8") across the wide scoop, 0.8cm (3/8") across the small scoop. It weighs 35g / 1.1ozt.
Condition is excellent with no damage or repairs. Minor handling wear, as mentioned the maker's mark is rubbed the others are clear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
