Pair of Arts and Crafts Keswick (KSIA) spoons

Pair of extremely rare, and very beautiful, hand made spoons, from the Keswick school of industrial arts.
Each spoon features a hand beaten planish finish bowl, with a cutout celtic knot design finial.
The spoons are clearly and crisply hallmarked with the KSIA mark, and a "Keswick" stamp. They were assayed in Chester in 1942.
The KSIA was established in the Lake District in 1884, and ran for 100 years until it closed in 1984. The school was established by Canon Hardwicke Rawnsley (1851-1920) and his wife Edith. Canon Hardwicke Rawnsley was the vicar of Crosthwaite Church, a Canon of Carlisle, and a founder member of The National Trust. Every article made at the School was stamped with the school mark, and nothing was allowed to be sold by individual members.
One spoon measures 15.4 cm (6") long, the other is fractionally shorter at 15 cm (5.9") long. The combined weight is 56 grams.
All measurements are approximate.
The spoons are in very good condition.
