Fantastic set of c19th French wrought iron fire dogs and matching fire irons.
Impressive and of good proportions, very well made with decorative detail throughout, with fire baskets topping the dogs, twisted columns and lattice work and scrolled feet.
The irons themselves are superb, again very decorative and well made with all the matching features.

You will need to add a fire basket to the set of course, perhaps finding a suitable antique / vintage piece, or have something made. Keep an eye out for other listings!

The dimensions of the dogs are:
22 3/4'' / 58cm high
8 1/2'' / 21cm wide
21 1/2'' / 55cm front to back depth
The depth from where you see the supports for the basket arch to the rear is 12 1/2'' / 32cm so give support for a good size basket.

An excellent set and all in good condition, ready to go!
