Georgian Hester Bateman Silver Marrow Scoop Spoon
Classic George III double ended marrow scoop spoon by renowned female silversmith Hester Bateman. The spoon has 2 different sizes of scoop and a Hanoverian drop to the larger end. Hallmarked for London 1780.
It measures 8 7/8" long and 5 3/16" wide at the widest point and 3/8" at the narrowest. It weighs 1.2ozt/37g. Condition is very good just light surface wear and rubbing to the edges of the hallmarks on the stem. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
