A very pretty George III silver a vinaigrette converted to a pill box, by Thomas Wilmore. This wonderful oval shaped box, with bright cut engraved decoration is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1799.

The original vinaigrette grille has been removed, but makes a super pill box or decorative piece for any collector.
