English Hallmarked 1929 Silver Cream Ladle
A purpose designed solid silver small serving ladle with pouring lip for cream. Manufactured in Sheffield England by Cooper Brothers & Sons with a dated hallmark for 1929.
These ladles are diminutive, their use dictates that they are. It weighs 23 gms. It has an overall length of 125 mm and a bowl diameter ( excluding the lip) of 38 mm and the bowl depth is 20 mm.
Condition is excellent, it has been cleaned it is in lovely order, there are no issues to report (please note: we do not re -polish as not everyone wants their items of age to appear sparkling new this is clean and bright and probably doesn't warrant further polishing) Buchanan and Laing Galleries are a private client business. Appointments can be made by arrangement via email.
