Chinese silver jam pot by Tuck Chang of Shanghai
Good late 19th to early 20th century Chinese silver jam pot with plain handle and lift off lid with original knob. The body of the pot is extremely well decorated with birds amongst foliage in great detail.
There is no glass liner.
The pot is fully marked to the base with the makers name and the Chinese silver mark.
