Arts and Crafts Aesthetic Movement Silver Hip or Pocket Flask 1871

A Charming piece the flask has an Oval shape, making it ideal to keep in either a breast or hip pocket, 0r dare I say handbag, both sides of the flask are engraved with stylised ferns in the Arts and Crafts style
The lid has a screw grip and is lined with cork.
The flask is made by “ Thomas Smiley ” renowned for the fine workmanship of his decoration on silver pieces this time
The Flask is in good condition, no dents, delivery is included in the price of this lovely piece
