A fine set of antique, architectural models.
Very interesting, and worthy of further research.
They are professionally made to a wonderful detail.
Obviously of considerable age.
Made from oak panel & finished with gesso, detailed & painted. Due to the immense quality of the pieces they were very likely scaled, construction architectural models.
They are, no matter what, delightful & display beautifully.
They could form models for a landscape theme.
So authentic is their appearance, they could be used for photography props etc?
They could be simply be for display or collector use.
