This is a beautiful antique treasure! It’s a Sterling Silver Tea Caddy Spoon made in the early 1800s. It would be a great gift r collector’s item.

It was Hallmarked In Birmingham in 1804 and it was made by William Pugh.

The spoon has a lovely Sterling Silver scoop shaped bowl with the Hallmarks and Maker’s Mark in the centre of the scoop.

The handle is made of bone. It’s beautifully smooth and you can see the tiny flecks in the bone.

It’s in good condition. There’s a bit of tarnish on the Silver in the corners of the bowl and at the edge. There is a minuscule dent to the very edge of the scoop which can’t be seen and can only be felt if you run your finger along it. The handle has the odd mark on it.

It weighs 6.1g and measures approx 9.3cm in length (just over 3 5/8 inches).

Delivery Estimates

Orders placed in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery depending on the order value. Special Delivery is next working day before 1pm.

Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3-5 working days to Europe and 6-7 working days to the rest of the world. Please note some countries still have delays to their mail services due to Covid-19.

At busy times such as Christmas items can take longer to be delivered. Items may also be delayed in Customs, and although this doesn't happen often it can hold up a delivery.

Beeches Vintage is not responsible for delays in delivery once an order is dispatched.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer a money back guarantee (less original postage costs) on all orders. A request to return an item needs to be made within 3 days of receiving
the order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and are sent back at the buyer's cost.
Refunds are issued when the item is received by us.
