A pair of Edwardian silver butter-knives. The old English pattern handles are chased with foliate decoration where they join the blade and at the top of the handle, terminating in a vacant circular cartouche surrounded by a wreath. Hallmarks for Sheffield 1904, Heath & Middleton (formerly Hukin & Heath). 16cm, 39g.

Excellent condition, minor surface scratching consistent with age, blade edges good, minor wear to one blade tip.
I trade in small silver, jewellery and objets d'art. I sell primarily at antiques fairs and in cabinets in Christique Antique Centre in Dorking. I try to find unusual and interesting stock and like to keep turning it over, so I can buy more. Postage and packing are free within the UK - unless explicitly stated otherwise.
