A Pair of Large French Brass Andirons or Chenets Complete with Log Grate

This is a Very Large pair of French Brass Andirons, the ultimate in Chateau Chic

They are made of cast brass in the shape of classical Greek urns decorated with swags, the log grate that comes with the Andirons is of a similar age but not original to the grate, (I expect the original was worn out)
The Chenets are clean but we have not had them burnished in order to keep the original patina intact and they are charming as they are

The Andirons are 16” high, complete with the grate is a maximum of 56” long overall and 26” deep, the grate can be reversed and then the set is 43” wide
