Stylish Silver Baluster Half Pint Beer Mug
An attractive half pint silver mug in Georgian style with round bellied shape with classic shape handle with small spade shape terminal at the bottom. Decorated with a stylish overlaid border of alternating maple leaves with engraved vein detail and fleur de lys. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1922, maker Alexander Clark & Co. and further marked to the base with retail mark "The Alex Clark Co Ltd, London". It has an attractive monogram engraved to one side of RGS. Perfect as a christening gift or for use an a small half pint beer mug.
It measures 8.2cm (3 1/4") high, 10.2cm (4") rim to handle and 7.6cm (3") wide. It weighs 173g / 5.6ozt. Condition is very good with no damage or dents and light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
