A super Art Deco sterling silver loose powder compact by Crisford & Norris. Ideal for use with loose powder or as a handbag mirror. The beautiful enamel lid is adorned with Dog-roses. The finely executed depiction of this wonderful flower is delightful. The enamel is without loses or fading. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The mirror gives a clear and accurate reflection. The base is decorated with an engine turned design of tiny diamond shapes. Measures 7 cm diameter and weighs 92.6 grams. An immaculate velvet pouch is included to protect this vanity.
