A fine pair of Benin Bronze King & Queen figures dating to circa 1950.
They were made in Benin, Nigeria using the 'lost wax' process.
This does produce a typical style displaying various imperfections.
They are part of a large collection of tribal pieces that were presented by African Oba to the previous owners following business carried out within Africa.
The figures are in excellent original condition.
Each one being around 63cm in height
(selling as a pair)
