Late nineteenth cent.Dutch silver spoon Dutch silver spoon Dutch windmill spoon Dutch silver %%alt5%%
A late nineteenth cent.Dutch silver spoon, the handle in the form of a windmill with sails that actually rotate.Nicely detailed.
The bowl stamped with Dutch silver export mark guaranteeing 93.4% silver( somewhat higher standard than the British). Also has minerva mark +M which means it was assayed and (made?) at Schoonhoven.
In very good order with only a slight dint in the bowl which in no way detracts.
Weight 62 grms
Length 8"(20 cms).
