Large Victorian Scottish Silver Quaich Edinburgh
Very nice silver quaich of good size, with attractive shaped side handles and set on a collet foot. A small armorial of a rampant lion holding a double pointed spear and coronet on one side. Hallmarked for Edinbugh 1896-7, makers Mackay & Chisholm.
It measures 13.3cm (5 1/4") rim to rim, 20.5cm (8 1/16") across the handles and 5.5cm (2 3/16") high. It weighs 221g/7.1ozt. Condition is very good with no damage or dents and surface wear is very light. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
