Interesting Cased Set of Four Silver Napkin Rings
Clearly displaying the hallmark from four different Assay Offices.
Birmingham, Edinburgh, London and Sheffield.
All with the date letter for 1967.
Maker's mark for J. B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd, Newtown Road, Birmingham.
The case also features the four hallmarks.
Approximate dimensions: diameter 45.9mm, height 18.2mm, thickness 2.8mm, total silver weight 257.8g, boxed weight 455.5g.
There are some surface marks associated with normal light use and age.
The box does show some wear and marks but has done its job, keeping the rings in superb great condition.
There are no personal inscriptions.
A unusually heavy set of rings with the added interest of the hallmarks from the four Assay Offices.
